Love, Tragedy and Two World Wars - David Lewis
This is a story of a young Swindonian girl born in the eighteen hundreds in Stratton who lives through the first world war, a tragedy, the depression of the 1920/30s and being a mother. The story covers her life in Swindon and London and how Bombay has a big impact on her life. Also talks about the Great Western and Indian railways. Through a series of Powerpoint slides you will be guided through happiness, sadness and a journey to India.
